A serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, Ko began her career working at various record companies such as A&M & Virgin Records within their live entertainment and marketing departments. Ko’s entrepreneurial spirit flourished as she founded one of the first U.S. based street & experiential marketing/trend forecasting agencies, Asylm Marketing, now known as ADD Marketing, launching such artists and brands as WIRED, Sony Playstation, Seiko/Spoon, PJ Harvey, Bjork, Daft Punk plus many others. She evolved her passion into incorporating conscious-based business practices and founded agitprop media group – a cause-based, not-just-for-profit, pop-culture branding agency working with such clients as Namaste Interactive, Urban Revision, Madhava Agave, Ketel One, Converse, Canada Goose, and loll designs. Ko continues to build and plan with her get-it-done attitude as a Strategist and Branding Consultant for various businesses and start-ups including Desert X, Agent X, BiomeTech, Nobis, Heavy Petal, Jordi Up Late, amongst others.

Nick is a marketing strategist specializing in radio promotion, branding, and airplay. With over 20 years of experience as Vice President of Promotion at Hollywood Records & Disney Music Group, Nick contributed significantly to the success of international superstars such as Miley Cyrus, Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, and many others. In addition, he created and executed marketing campaigns for developing artists including Grammy nominated Plain White T’s, Grace Potter, as well as Zella Day, ZZ Ward and American Idol winner Maddie Poppe. Nick’s journey in the music business began at Virgin Records in 1990. From there, he continued onto Geffen Records, Hits Magazine, and Capitol Records before landing in his long career with Hollywood/Disney. Nick has led multiple teams throughout his career, with a reputation for cultivating and maintaining trusting relationships in the music industry. He continues to be a consultant for the major label conglomerates as well as for the indie music community. With the ever-changing dynamics of global music, Nick has seamlessly evolved further into digital marketing and the streaming spaces, expanding his measurable contributions to artists’ careers while maintaining well-respected radio relationships.
